My family and I have made the Sonoma Coast our long-term home
and we
love it here. It's a much more relaxed style of living than in the bigger
cities, but close enough to them that we have access to all of their
amenities. And it's a perfect place to raise our son.
After earning a BS from UC Irvine and an MBA from
Pepperdine, I eventually migrated from Southern California to the Bay
Area and have nearly 20 years of sales, marketing and business development
experience. With my diverse background, it's natural for me to think outside
of the box, incorporate creative perspectives into real estate transactions
and put my negotiation advantages on your side.
As a Sonoma Coast resident since 2002, as well as a former
small business owner, I understand the challenges and benefits of the
coastal area from a business perspective. This experience and knowledge has
helped me become one of the top agents on the Sonoma Coast with over $37M in
transactions and my clients have consistently rated my services with the
highest marks since 2003.
I'm a Certified EcoGreen Agent with the mission to provide
information about sustainable and healthy home and business environments
through conservation of natural resources, improved quality of indoor air
and water, and ecologically friendly techniques of building and land use.
I'm also a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors
and the Bay Area Real Estate Information Services Inc., a volunteer
firefighter and board member of the Valley Ford Fire Department, and am
often found volunteering my spare time at events or fundraisers through the
area.
